Currently, I'm building products at Henchman β the Chief of Staff for every legal professional (acquired by LexisNexis). I have a soft spot for elegant and opinionated products. I am passionate about all things design, user experience, human psychology and technology.

Role
- Accountable for 2 major products in Create+, Lexis' flagship drafting product for attorneys.
- Leading product discovery and development in a cross-functional squad of 15 people across Design, Engineering, Data Science and SMEs.
Impact
- Helped scale and transition the product organisation to a mature operating model after the LexisNexis acquisition.
- Launched a new product that expands into a new customer segment (automating contract review against firm benchmarks).
Product β’ Oper
Role
- Accountable for the product area "Advisory" in Oper's digital mortgage platform.
- Charted product vision, strategy and UX for the new Advisory suite; led discovery and delivery in a cross-functional squad of 10 (Design, Engineering).
Impact
- Shaped and shipped the initial version of the Advisory suite from early definition to live product, expanding the platform's value for the mortgage workflow.
- Aligned roadmap and UX across a complex B2B2C landscape (brokers, lenders, banks, borrowers) so the suite served distinct roles in one coherent experience.
- Helped transition the organisation to a more product-first mindset and practices.

- Delivered across multiple client engagements at financial institutions (global insurance, Belgian bank, financial market infrastructure) in roles ranging from Functional Analyst to Business Analyst.
- Led process and business analysis, and solution design from functional and technical requirements; supported IT transformation and intelligent automation (RPA, AI with NLP/OCR).
